Welcome to Face Forward Cosmetics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. The site is operated by Face Forward Cosmetics Limited, located at Shop #19A, Orchid Village Plaza, 20 Barbican Road, Kingston, Jamaica.
1. About Us
Face Forward Cosmetics is a beauty supply store offering cosmetics, skincare, tools, and brushes, alongside in-store beauty services and the Face Forward School of Beauty. You can reach us at (876) 816-1875 / (876) 970-0470 or sharon.wint@gmail.com.
2. Products & Availability
- We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device shows colours exactly as they appear in person.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange a replacement, a back-order, or a refund.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & Currency
- Prices on the site can be displayed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) or US Dollars (USD) using the currency toggle. The JMD figure is a guide based on a current exchange rate and may change.
- All online payments are charged in US Dollars (USD) through PayPal. Your bank or card issuer sets the final amount in your local currency and may apply its own conversion fee.
- We try to keep all prices accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you've ordered, we'll let you know and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once payment is received through PayPal and we send you confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely through PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.
6. Pickup & Delivery
- In-store pickup is free from our store at Orchid Village Plaza. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
- Delivery is available island-wide for a fee based on your zone, shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Please make sure your contact and address details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
- Risk in the products passes to you once they are collected or delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, many beauty products cannot be returned once opened. Please read our full Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you have under Jamaica's Consumer Protection Act.
8. Beauty Services & Classes
Bookings for in-store beauty services and enrolment in Face Forward School of Beauty courses may be subject to separate booking terms, deposits, and scheduling policies, which we'll share with you at the time of booking.
9. Use of This Website
- You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — belongs to Face Forward Cosmetics or its suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
- Brand names and trademarks (such as MUD, Dermalogica, Palladio, Maybelline, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the products we sell.
10. Reviews & Submissions
If you submit a product review, you confirm it is your honest opinion and contains nothing unlawful, offensive, or untrue. You give us permission to display, edit for length, or remove your review at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability
We provide our products and website with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Face Forward Cosmetics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or products. Always read product labels and patch-test new cosmetics and skincare; discontinue use if irritation occurs. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Jamaican law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Jamaican courts.
